Personalized prenatal care, labor support, home birth, and postpartum care. Pregnancy care, labor, and birth how you want. Water birth available. A midwife and birth assistant will attend your birth. Sometimes there may be a midwifery student attending with prior permission. You will be able to meet everyone prior to your birth. 

All prenatal care appointment and three postpartum visits. This option is for those who desire individualized care, longer visits, and extra postpartum support but want to give birth at the hospital. Postpartum visits can be at your home or at the clinic.

Non-stress tests, or NST's are sometimes needed or desired. I can do your NST in the comfort of your own home, at your job, even in the car, or any location of your choice. Results can be faxed to your provider of choice or given to you. Additional charge may be added for a greater than 30 min radius. 

Complete physical exam, breast exam, pelvic exam if desired, PAP smear if indicated, yearly labs can be drawn and sent to lab of choice, and preventive testing orders as desired such as bone density, mammogram, colonoscopy, etc. About 45-60 mins

Birth control consults, diaphragm fitting, UTI, yeast, BV, STI screening and treatment, postpartum mood disorders, mastitis, menstrual concerns, family planning, preconception, counseling on starting a family with unique needs, discussions with teens about their periods, tampon use, sexual health, IUD removal without reinsertion.  Approx 30 mins

IUD insertion $300

Nexplanon insertion $250 removal add $50
